1. About TLC
TLC is a creative technology, publishing, mythic intellectual property, AI governance, and creator infrastructure company. TLC’s offerings may include books, original story worlds, digital products, merchandise, publishing services, Archive & Armor, IronCanon, MythFoundry Studio, AI Governance Sprint, creator review, consulting, and related services.
Some services may be governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, invoices, order forms, contest rules, creator terms, publishing agreements, NDAs, or service-specific terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific written terms will control for that service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase services, enter binding agreements, submit business inquiries, commission work, submit paid creator materials, or provide payment information.

4. Accounts, Cart, and Checkout

Merchandise returns, exchanges, shipping, and fulfillment may depend on the applicable vendor, printer, platform, or fulfillment provider.
TLC may decline or cancel a service request that is outside scope, unlawful, abusive, impossible to perform, inappropriate, or inconsistent with TLC’s standards.
Refunds, cancellations, revisions, deliverables, timelines, and scope for services should be stated in the applicable invoice, agreement, order form, or written service terms.
7. TLC Intellectual Property
The website and its content are owned by or licensed to TLC, unless otherwise stated.

Digital products, books, downloads, worksheets, reports, decks, and related materials
You may view the website for personal, informational, or lawful business inquiry purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, license, exploit, imitate, scrape, train on, or create derivative works from TLC materials without written permission, except where allowed by law.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TLC.
8. User Submissions and Creative Materials
You may be able to submit messages, documents, manuscripts, art, concepts, lore, characters, prompts, business information, governance materials, or other content through the website or to TLC.

By submitting materials to TLC, you grant TLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to receive, review, store, copy, process, organize, analyze, and use the submission for the purpose of responding to you, evaluating the submission, providing requested services, operating the website, maintaining records, and protecting rights.
Submitting material to TLC does not require TLC to review it, accept it, publish it, compensate you, keep it confidential, enter into a relationship with you, or refrain from developing similar material independently.
9. Similar Ideas and Independent Development
TLC creates and develops original intellectual property, mythologies, creative systems, governance concepts, AI systems, story worlds, characters, names, frameworks, and commercial offerings.
You understand that TLC may already have developed, may currently be developing, or may later develop material that resembles your submission in theme, genre, structure, concept, archetype, mechanic, symbol, name, phrase, or idea.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, similarity between your submission and TLC’s work does not create ownership, compensation, credit, confidentiality, partnership, or other obligation.
10. Creator Programs, Contests, Fellowships, and Canon Submissions
TLC may offer creator programs, art competitions, fellowships, canon submission opportunities, remix opportunities, MythFoundry Studio features, or similar programs.
Such programs may be governed by separate rules. Those rules may address eligibility, judging, deadlines, prizes, revenue shares, canon status, display rights, portfolio rights, licensing, disqualification, and related terms.
Do not submit materials to any contest, canon program, or creator opportunity unless you understand and accept the applicable rules.
11. AI-Assisted Features and Services
Some TLC offerings may involve AI-assisted drafting, review, governance, analysis, summarization, creativity, image generation, risk assessment, or other AI-supported workflows.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, infringing, biased, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, using them commercially, or making decisions based on them.
TLC does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs are error-free, legally compliant, original, non-infringing, suitable for a specific purpose, or accepted by any platform, regulator, publisher, investor, partner, audience, or third party.
12. No Legal, Financial, Medical, or Professional Advice
Content on the website and any general information provided through TLC materials is for informational, creative, educational, or commercial purposes only.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TLC does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, accounting, investment, or regulated professional advice.
AI Governance Sprint and related governance services are designed to help clients understand workflows, risks, policies, documentation, and operational controls. They do not replace legal counsel, compliance counsel, cybersecurity professionals, auditors, insurance advisors, or other licensed professionals where such review is required.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may link to third-party websites, storefronts, payment processors, social platforms, streaming platforms, AI tools, Replit-hosted applications, analytics providers, or other external services.
TLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, data practices, availability, security, performance, transactions, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
