Claims boundary:
This is an interactive representation of the MOMMA ACP-1 controlled
application-layer prototype. It demonstrates policy logic, interruption,
evidence concepts, and verification behavior in a simulation. It does not
demonstrate kernel isolation, production network containment, frontier-model
containment, or independent certification.
